Concentrating on Strategic, Financial and Risk Management works of Companies to Working on Routine Systems and process is what he has in his Portfolio. His Area of industries is Plastic, Pharma, Restaurants and FMCG. He has worked to turn-around Lots of Business from Loss Making to Profit Making Ventures through proper Restructuring, Applying Proper Processes, Fund Management and Costing. He takes care of CFO services.
CA AKSHAY SHAH
A Chartered Accountant by profession, and an entrepreneur from heart, he has a wide array of experience in direct and indirect tax levies. He is managing Shah Akshay & Associates, Chartered Accounting Firm at Ankleshwar from 2015 in addition to over 3 years of experience as Article Assistant at Chaturvedi & Shah and Snehal & Associates, Mumbai. He has worked on issues involving interpretation of tax laws, business advisory, tax reporting, litigation assistance and compliance. He has advised many companies in transaction structuring and potential point of disputes, amongst other things from tax perspectives. He is also a graduate in commerce from Mithibai College of Commerce, University of Mumbai.
